Youth Police Dialogues – 8 Week Program – 16 Community Service Hours (TO BE RESCHEDULED)

This Ontario Justice Education Network program offers young people a safe, inclusive space to share their perspectives about their neighbourhood and the issues that cause conflict between youth and police & and offers police officers an honest and candid forum to learn about the youth lived experience and build better relationships in the community. This program is offered by Ontario Justice Education Network in partnership with Community Justice Alternatives of Durham Region and Volunteer Durham Regional Police Service Officers.

Who: Youth between the ages of 14-21
Where: Ajax Public Library Main Branch in the Rotary Room
When: Every Wednesday beginning March 25th for eight consecutive weeks ending May 20th – Postponed until further notice.
Time: 5 – 7 light snacks will be provided
