Tuesday, December 9, 2025 – 6:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

Saturday, December 13, 2025 – 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Participants are exposed to a comprehensive survey of community mediation.
Workshop Outcomes
“LSO Accreditation – 3 hours 35 minutes EDI and 1 hour professionalism!”
Community mediation is part of a social justice and peacebuilding endeavour that seeks to promote healthy communities through the peaceful resolution of conflict. Training will provide volunteers with a full understanding of the core values of community mediation as defined by OCMC/CMCO and by CJA Durham.
The goal of this special training is to train mediators to handle the Durham Community Mediation Program – training will include region-specific case studies.
